Delete your GoochieGoo account
Before you delete
Deletion is permanent. If you want a copy of your baby’s records, use More > Export first. If your household has other caregivers, follow the app’s steps to transfer the household or remove members before deleting.
Delete in the app
- 1Open GoochieGoo and sign in.
- 2Open More, then Account.
- 3Choose Delete Account.
- 4Read the confirmation and confirm only when you are ready.
What the deletion removes
The current policy describes removal of your account and associated baby profiles, care records, uploaded photos, milestones, notes, journal entries, reminder settings and Ask Goochie records, subject to household-transfer steps and any legally required retention.
Timing and retained records
Under the current policy, associated records are removed from live systems immediately and encrypted backups expire within 30 days. Store purchase records follow Apple, Google and RevenueCat policies. A minimal deletion record and records required by law may be retained.
Cannot sign in?
Email privacy@goochiegoo.app from the email address on your account. Use the subject “Delete my account.” We may need to verify that the account is yours before completing the request.
